Leadership team enhanced
ERA’s OEM area sales team is now headed up by John Chambers.
With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, John is part of ERA’s sales leadership team and will oversee seven area managers.
ERA’s commitment to Investors in People means a focus for John’s role lies in mentoring the company’s sales team, providing guidance in what the company calls ‘The ERA Way’ – a standardised training approach covering a broad range of business considerations.
John will assist the OEM sales team in working closely with customers to understand their business and providing comprehensive solutions to support their commercial goals.
