Thermoseal Group has a vacancy following the retirement of a long-serving member of staff.

The candidate will be responsible for selling a full range of IG components to top tier accounts, managing substantial existing business and growing the customer base within the West Midlands and south west region.

The candidate must have a proven track record of sales, not necessarily in the glass industry but must be B2B.

Reporting to the sales director, this person will be both dynamic and ambitious, meeting quarterly targets set to bring in business growth while maintaining profitability. A pivotal part of the role will be to identify new business opportunities and to open doors.

The individual will also need to have: exceptional communication and negotiation skills; experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel; strong personal organisational skills; and effective time management. With access to a comprehensive CRM system, they will need to continually maintain and review accounts, identify and propose products to meet customer needs and maximise account potential. They will also work closely with key team members to ensure that the highest level of service is achieved and maintained.

Holiday entitlement is 20 days per year, plus statutory Bank Holidays.
