Chelsie Redfern has moved from the transport administration department into customer care at Framexpress, with the advantage that she already knows many of the customers.

“As soon as an order is placed, our customer care team takes over from our order processors. They cover everything from pre-delivery liaison through to accounts queries. They’re the go-to team for customers, who can ask them anything about their order.
“It’s fantastic to see Chelsie move from transport admin into a more varied customer support role.”
