Five centuries of staff service

Veka’s ‘long service lunch’, held in December, saw 45 employees presented with certificates commending a collective 500 years.

The annual event recognises and rewards employees celebrating five, 10, 15, 25 and 30 years of service.

After presenting the certificates MD Dave Jones said: “Here at Veka, we know that our people are our most valuable asset. Celebrating employees that have been with us long term is just one of the ways we recognise all the hard work that goes on at Veka.
