Expertise and support

Window machinery supplier Kall Kwik has introduced a new face, a new brand and a new mission, the company has announced, which has helped it to offer “an unprecedented level of support”.

Chris Bailey, who spent almost 20 years at Business Micros, was enlisted as Kall Kwik’s UK and Ireland business development manager.

“At Kall Kwik, we are doing things differently,” Chris said. “It’s such a fast-changing market, particularly after the effects of Covid-19 and the lockdown. It’s no longer good enough to just make a sale, install the equipment, and then move on to the next potential customer. Fabricators need much greater support and service.

“The expertise offered by Kall Kwik sets us apart from other window machinery companies. We don’t just ensure that our customers get better equipment, we strive to make sure that they are better equipped to manage their whole manufacturing process.

“Understanding the end-to-end demands for a fabrication business, from supplier through to customer, is crucial to making the right choices in machinery, and that’s where my expertise comes into play. We can identify the efficiencies and links that need to be in place to maximise efficiency for the long term, not just as a short-term fix.”
