Consultant returns
Mike Crewdson has returned to the UK, having spent the last three years helping to develop Ecostar, Emplas’s successful retail business in Melbourne, Australia.
Although Mike will be semi-retired, he is looking for up to three companies to work with on a part-time advisory or non-executive basis in return for only a nominal fee. He will continue to take on projects for Ecostar as and when required.
Mike has had a successful career in the window industry for the past 32 years: he ran Profile 22 in the 1980s and 1990s in a period of rapid growth; was managing director of a very large retail direct sales and marketing company; was sales and marketing director and deputy MD of a large trade fabricator; before finally being instrumental in setting up Emplas’s retail business in Australia.
Mike is competent in most business disciplines, particularly marketing, sales, strategy, exits, acquisitions, HR, legal and PR. His experience covers B2B as well as B2C. He has helped a large number of smaller window retail businesses across the UK.
