Cheers to charity

Morley Glass and Glazing said cheers to charity as it prepares to sponsor the ninth annual North Leeds Charity Beer Festival.

This year’s festival will encourage visitors to ‘Drink Yorkshire’ while raising money to fund projects locally, nationally and even worldwide.

Ian Short, managing director of Morley Glass, said: “This is exactly the type of initiative we like to be involved with as it perfectly reflects our ethos of giving back to local communities.I personally will be rolling up my sleeves and helping alongside the Rotarians and I am very much looking forward to the event. I wish NLBF and the Rotary Club of Roundhay every success.”

Since it began in 2012, the North Leeds Charity Beer Festival has raised almost £50K, enabling Roundhay Rotary to support charity projects in the local community and further afield.
