Augmented management team
Phill Cresswell has joined KAT’s senior management team as sales director, and will be responsible for all sales and marketing activity.
Phill has over 20 years industry experience and has enjoyed a successful sales career with Total Glass, MPH and Sash UK. Phill brings a new focus to KAT’s sales strategy and is looking to work very closely with a tight-knit group of retail partners, the company said.
Meanwhile, Steve Williams has joined as operations director, and will oversee all three KAT factories, the sales office and distribution.
With a 30-year career behind him in trade manufacturing of windows and doors, plus a stint running his own window business and trade counter, Steve is ideally equipped to lead the internal teams in support of customers, the company said.
