Appointments support service strategy
Hailey Melisi and Stephen Lee have joined Carl F Groupco’s internal sales team as sales co-ordinators to assist in the company’s focus on the provision of tailored support.
The role for Hailey and Stephen extends beyond telephone sales and support: their responsibilities include interpreting sales reports and providing quotations.
Product training has included SmartSecure, the company’s electronic locking and access control brand that is part of the smart revolution in the hardware industry.
