Conservatory roof growth

SOL Conservatory Roofs is launching an approved installer scheme, introducing new recruits to the team, and revealing a new website and marketing support.

Following on from the launch of the Solid roof in May 2021, SOL Conservatory Roofs has said it has seen a huge uptake in its new roof system during 2021, “leading the way for big growth plans for the year ahead”, it said.

2022 will see the launch of a new website to showcase the full range of products, which will become the shop front for installers looking for a one-stop supplier for windows, doors and conservatories. This will include an installer portal, featuring a comprehensive literature library.

With a growing network of installers, 2022 will also see the launch of the SOL approved installer scheme, meaning fitters can be confident that choosing SOL not only means quality products, but also the marketing and technical support to help grow their businesses, generate leads and perform quality installations, the company said.

Head of marketing Kirsten Bolton said: “Our installer scheme not only includes on-demand installation and technical assistance, but also a marketing support package provided by a team with in-house and agency experience within the glazing industry. From digital marketing support to graphic design and lead generation, we are best-placed to offer installers the help they need, when they need it.”

Joining the SOL team is Lee Marson, who brings 20 years of industry experience to take the helm at the windows and doors factory, and to open a third manufacturing site dedicated to window production.

Also, Mark Hawkes, formerly of Britmet Lightweight Roofing, joined in November. Teaming up with Jason Boyd on the sales function, he said: “I am delighted to become part of the SOL family, and look forward to focusing on growing the business.”
