Lockdown no barrier to learning

Ultraframe has commenced a series of webinars to assist customers with enhancing their knowledge on its conservatory, extension and orangery roofing systems, and the support available during lockdown and beyond.

The webinars, which cover everything from surveying to selling online, are available to all Ultraframe customers, are free of charge, and simple to register for, the company said.

“Here at Ultraframe we never stand still and so always have lots of product and support news to share with our customers,” Ultraframe’s marketing director Alex Hewitt said. “As we are currently in lockdown, webinars seemed the ideal way to share all our latest developments with Ultraframe fabricators and installers across the UK, and we’re thrilled to announce an extensive programme which is already up and running.”

The webinars cover all of the company’s roofing systems, including Classic, Ultraroof, Livinroof and the Ultrasky range of glass roofs and rooflights.

Ultraframe customers can also learn more about surveying, specifying and installation, including a ‘Grand Designs’ masterclass in conservatory design which is designed to inspire customers to create modern spaces with the Classic system.

One recent update to the Classic system is the launch of a new Electronic Structural Design Guide (eSDG) and there is a webinar dedicated solely to using this new digital tool, which is available via Ultraframe’s Udesign conservatory software.

Other webinars in the series include how to make the most of the company’s Lockdown Toolkit – a digital toolbox of widgets and web enhancements to help customers generate, sell, and convert leads remotely.

“The first webinar was a great success, with a large number of customers joining Ultraframe staff from sales and marketing for an update on what’s new with our Classic system,” Alex said. “The current calendar is packed with webinars running all the way until June and we would urge people to take advantage of this great free way of learning.”
