Family run fabricator Windoworld Leicester has been trading for over 30 years, manufacturing aluminium and Rehau PVCU windows, doors and conservatories for domestic, trade and commercial customers.
Windoworld has worked with Dan Powell of VBH to create a high-security package to meet the latest PAS 24 security standard and to satisfy the requirements Document Q.
Windoworld said that by manufacturing windows, doors and Invisifold slide and fold patio doors to VBH’s PAS 24 specifications, it can provide customers with third party documentation to prove to building control inspectors that their products are approved to Document Q. This means that the installer can complete the installation and paperwork quickly.
VBH area sales manager Dan Powell recently presented Windoworld MD Jatin Modi with a certificate of excellence, which lists the correct hardware specification so can be used as a quality check list for customers.
Jatin stated ‘We have built our reputation on supplying quality products to our customers so we have to be sure that the components that make up those products, such as the profile and hardware, are top notch. The certification is proof to us and to our customers that this is the case.
