HWL Trade Frames recently launched its Residence Collection Order Guide to support customers through the ordering process.
With a number of different window and doors profile options available – which are both mitre welded and butt jointed, and have various sill options and a huge range of different colours – the Residence Collection from Eclectic Systems is not the easiest system to get your head around, HWL said.
The order guide helps to differentiate all of the products, reducing the number of queries in the process.
Graham Howatson, director at HWL Trade Frames, said: “Although not originally designed to be shown to the consumer, we already have customers using it to help homeowners understand exactly what product and finish they will be getting.”
