Twenty-year-old partnership

Window Ware is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its supply partnership with Maco.

Window Ware’s relationship with the hardware manufacturer began by supplying their renowned tilt-and-turn gearing. Since then, the Bedfordshire-based firm has gone on to become a key distribution partner for Maco, supplying more than 100 different hardware products to fabricators nationwide.

Its Maco offering includes products from screws, keeps, strikers and hinge protectors, to handles, gearboxes and complete tilt-and-turn kits. The most popular picks include the MK1 shootbolt range, espagnolette bars and tilt-and-turn gearing.

Sam Nuckey, managing director of Window Ware, said: “Two decades on and Maco continues to play an important and valuable role in our product offering, and we’re incredibly proud to be closely associated with such a professional and well-respected brand.

“In such a fast-paced and ever-changing industry like ours, it can be hard to achieve such longevity. However, this fantastic milestone demonstrates that it is possible, especially with our shared values and our commitment to championing our brand partners and their products. We thank Maco for the incredible faith and trust they have shown us over the past two decades, and we look forward to more success over the coming years.”

Kevin Whiting, managing director of Maco, said: “Window Ware has successfully built and maintained its own distinct identity while staying true to the Maco ethos.”
