Supply chain award

Dudley’s Aluminium has been awarded the Overall Partner Award at the Willmott Dixon Supply Chain Awards.

Dudley’s Aluminium was awarded the accolade for its work to date and, more recently, the Taff Vale Redevelopment, a large window and curtain walling package.

The Taff Vale Redevelopment is a £38 million project which, upon completion, will be made up of offices and leisure facilities, including a gym and a library. The site of the redevelopment is based at the heart of Pontypridd and will provide opportunities for Rhondda Cynon Taf and the south east Wales Region. Ongoing developments on this project have helped Dudley’s Aluminium to secure this award.

The Supply Chain Awards celebrate the partners of Willmott Dixon and highlight their successes. In a video played before the announcement of the Overall Partner Award, Dudley’s Aluminium was praised by Dave John, senior operations manager at Wilmott Dixon for its professionalism, honesty, and performance in design and on site, all of which were described as exceptional.

Colin Shorney, managing director of Dudley’s Aluminium, said: “Our whole team – from design through to procurement, production and site installation – work extremely hard and it’s their continued dedication to each project that has played a large part in Dudley’s receiving this award. We look forward to completion of the Taff Vale project and are excited to see what’s next.”
