UK customer service boosted

ISO-Chemie has invested in new office and warehouse facilities to accommodate expansion and growth plans.

In a move that will also boost customer service, the company’s office has been relocated to Slough, while distribution operations will be based at a new warehouse in north London.

It also reinforces ISO-Chemie’s strategy to develop its solutions whatever may come of the Brexit situation. Relocating from its previous warehouse in the north west, the move allows inbound deliveries from Germany to arrive a day faster, enhancing delivery times.

New investment will see UK customers, including door and window installers, designers, architects and housebuilders, benefit from quicker deliveries of foam sealant tape products from the company’s German manufacturing facility.

Customers will also be able to collect stock and receive next day deliveries, while architects and those responsible for technical specification of window and doors products, will be able to tap into expertise around the benefits of using specialist technology to secure airtight solutions.

Andy Swift, UK and ROIsales and operations manager, is at the forefront of building the brand in the UK, raising awareness of thermal leakage around windows.

He said: “We are seeing continued strong demand for our products from all sectors of the market. By making these investments now to support our operations, we will be well placed going forward to continue to provide customers with a fast, efficient and cost-effective service.”

The company’s range of advanced fire-rated structural products, such as ISO-TOP Winframer ‘TYPE 1’ E30, which can protect the entire window area from fire for up to 30 minutes, will also be a key focus in the light of forthcoming changes to building regulations.
