New sales head

Nick Bailey is the newly appointed business development manager at Business Micros, taking over responsibility for both sales and marketing.

He is focusing on new and existing customers, with plans to transform the buying experience, as well as exploring new opportunities in the market for Business Micros’ next generation Infinity product range.

Nick says that his first priority is to reduce the amount of admin associated with every sale and to make the process quicker, simpler and more efficient for customers.

“I’m working closely with our head of installations David Stockwell and our sales administrators Louise Anderson and Ashley Bailey to make sure that sales and installations are better co-ordinated and customers are kept better informed,” he said.

“We want to set the highest standards in the industry right from the moment customers submit an enquiry to the moment we install the software.”

Nick has been with Business Micros for 11 years, starting in a junior sales and installation role, before moving up to senior technician and then leading the implementation of large customer orders and projects. He was instrumental in establishing Business Micros overseas, particularly in Australia where there are now more than 20 established PVCU fabricators using the Evolution platform.
