Looking to the future
Westend Windows was recently established by Steve Bell and Kevin Stephenson – formally the owners of National Window Systems – who have just opened the doors to their new showroom, trade counter and offices.
“We wanted to ensure we could continue to only offer the best quality products and at fair prices and remain consistent with our values that we have maintained for over 30 years,” Steve said. “This has meant that we can give our customers the quality and service they expect.”
Kevin said: “To see the new business that Steve and I set up starting to thrive is fantastic. We are excited with the opening of our new showroom and trade counter and welcome some familiar faces that we’ve worked with over the last 30 years in Darlington and surrounding areas.”
Bob Donoghue, who’s worked in the industry for almost 40 years, has taken on a role in sales, while Steve’s son, Joseph Bell, has found himself in the installation side of the business.
“Giving customers fair quotations is so important, and transparency is everything,” Bob said. “We don’t believe in hard sales or inflating costs for discounts. We’re honest with every step of our service and always ensure our customers are happy.”
