Seamless service
The Window Company (Contracts) has appointed a new order processor to ensure that it delivers a seamless service to Basildon Council, where it has recently won the window and door replacement contract.
Natalie Bell will be dedicating most of her time to this single contract, processing and inputting orders from the company’s range of window, door and glazing suppliers.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the window industry, Natalie brings with her significant industry and technical knowledge and will be assisting with everything from building control queries to estimating and pricing.
She is working closely with Steven May, who recently joined The Window Company (Contracts) as contracts manager to work largely on the same Basildon project.
Chairman David Thornton said: “We are an independent installer and choose what we consider to be the best products and manufacturers for every contract we are involved with. That’s one of our biggest strengths but, inevitably, it means we are dealing with lots of different suppliers with lots of different ordering systems, so our order processors like Natalie are key to our efficiency.”
